With the winds picking up again, this was probably my last chance to grab a snap of this tree in all (of half) of it’s seasonal beauty.

The amazing and uninterrupted views from Jerbourg looking out towards Jersey and beyond. It felt like I was above the clouds looking down on the rain drifting across the channel.

A 50m superyacht designed by Dutch naval architects Hessen Yachts. Sleeps 12 with a crew of 10. Looking at the for sale sites, I wouldn’t expect you’d get any change from £15 million for this!
08.11.20
Watching the fog roll in from the Icart headland.
07.11.20
Shapes, patterns and texture of a rust oil drum with a worn out angle grinder blade.

The latest prickly visitor to find it’s way into our garden, how, I still have no idea. I’ve found one small gap in the fence, possible big enough for a baby hog to squeeze though. He had ticks on his face so I took him to the GSPCA where I named him Jalfrezi, after my favourite cuisine!

Remember, remember!
The fifth of November,
The Gunpowder treason and plot;
I know of no reason
Why the Gunpowder treason
Should ever be forgot!

The golden Ginkgo tree is certainly the centre piece of the gardens at the moment. A little sun trap this afternoon with the suns welcome return!

I’d set up on the pier before the hail started hammering down. Luckily the store has a great sheltered vantage point to watch the weather do it’s thing.
02.11.20
Another frog re-homed from ‘death by cat claws’. Went outside last night to see the cat batting something against the wall in the dark which turned out to be this frog. Found it a suitable home and we went our separate ways.

Sharing back to back birthdays, it’s become a tradition to grab a picture of mum and dad together. Lovely breakfast at The Kiln at Oatlands, food was great as always.
31.10.20
I’ve been meaning to photograph this old vinery site for years but never found the right time to do it. Sheltered from the wind and crazy seas, this morning seemed like to opportune moment to give it a go.

As the light fades, so does the chance of the customer, but, they’re there for us when we need them most.
29.10.20
The sea. The one thing in life the one thing in life that scares me. It’s brutal force is something that has unrivaled powers.
28.10.20
Found a great tree stump near St Saviours Church with masses of mushrooms growing out. Felt like going a bit crazy with the editing too.
27.10.20
Bare trees and dying leaves. In the rain they just seem to stick out with a softness that you just can’t get with strong sunlight.
26.10.20
Probably my most visited place since I picked up a camera.
25.10.20
Low tide stroll along Bordeaux, looking for the more intricate details.
24.10.20
The last day of British Summer Time, although I think we can all agree the summer did one in mid September!
This was about 30 minutes before sunrise.
23.10.20
Another quick trip to Pleinmont so see what the weather had to offer.
