SEA FOG

02.08.22

Half the island’s coastline was swamped in fog for most of the day. I had some ideas but none of them turned out as I planned. This field caught my eye on the drive back from Jerbourg. Might try it again at sunrise in the hope of a nice thin layer of mist on the grass?

PURE SHORES

14.08.21

Alderney Point located at the very far north of Herm. I love this spot, it always feels like your thousands of miles away from home but with that nostalgic Herm vibe from childhood memories.

FOG

02.07.21

A typical summers day as the weather warms up. This shot reminds me of one of the lochs we drove past in Scotland, an eerie but calm and gentle feel to it.

ONLY THE BRAVE

23.12.20

I take my hat off to all the fishermen out there who brave the treacherous seas in the winter. We take for granted how easy we’ve got it sometimes. The rain behind the boat was really churning up the sea, luckily it was drifting away from them.

BEC DU NEZ

22.10.18

With winter just around the corner, the weather plays a big part in managing this project. The only way I can get through the winter months is to plan a few days in advance with different locations for different weather scenarios. When it all goes wrong, ill have to come up with a plan b, c or d!
