Took a drive round the lanes to find some inspiration. Ended up back at the old farmhouse by the reservoir with about 30 chickens roaming freely in the road. You almost have to stop and grab a photo.

Found a two free range chickens roaming the lanes around the reservoir. Turns out they like prawn cocktail crisps. I decided to name them Jam and Spoon. This is Jam.

Driving around the coast to get here at 06:30 was almost like a dream. All the fields were white with frost and the air was so crisp. This spot was absolutely stunning and peaceful until some bell end started his chainsaw and began to cut up fallen branches along the path.

Took the kids to watch the reservoir rally this morning. Great event for the Guernsey sporting calendar but could have done without the gale force icy winds. Rarely use the 5D’s AI Servo for tracking but it did a phenomenal job.
